Teaching Under-served Youth Life Skills — One Lawn At A Time.

Building CONFIDENCE, CHARACTER, INTEGRITY and a whole lot more!

The Lawnmower Project refurbishes old lawnmowers and gives them to kids who want to earn money in their neighborhood. We teach them all the aspects of running their own business from marketing and customer service to cash flow and banking. This, in turn, teaches them valuable life skills that will carry with them forever. We also teach them about charity as the only caveat to receiving the free mower is that they must agree to mow the lawn of at least one elderly or in-need person in their neighborhood.

We helped 10 kids start-up 6 companies in our first year. These companies achieved varying success and will help us grow bigger and better in the years to come.
